I loved the ease of access to the locations, the amazing shower and the comfortable bed

The service from housekeeping and room service was extremely poor. I had to call to remind them about replenishing the coffee station and had to wait nearly an hour, let alone asking for fresh towels that also took an hour, when they eventually pitched they didn't even apologise for the delay but rather looked confused as to what was requested and constantly came back with 1 item at a time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Century City Hotel Urban Square with my partner, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff during check-in. Carla, Bongani, and Grace provided us with exceptional service, ensuring that our check-in process was smooth and seamless. One of the highlights of our stay was the secure parking available, which provided us with peace of mind throughout our visit. The hotel's facilities, including the restaurant, were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Our room was not only comfortable but also impeccably neat and tidy. It was evident that the staff took great care in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Special thanks to Shakeena from housekeeping, whose professional and kind demeanor made our stay even more enjoyable. The access to services provided in the room exceeded our expectations, reflecting the hotel's commitment to excellence. Overall, we had a truly pleasant and memorable stay at Century City Hotel Urban Square. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience in a convenient location. We look forward to returning in the future!

The hotel is clean and well taken care off. The staff is also friendly and amazing. The hotel is located in Century city which is such a beautiful and clean place and also conveniently located close to Canal walk shopping centre.

The hotel should consider offering breakfast. Please also include small fridges inside hotel rooms.

The staff are really good across the board.

The kettle in the drawer was pretty awkward.

The breakfast was absolutely lovely, Freh and the staff always wear a smile on their faces.

I liked the location and everything

We came from Istanbul we flew for 11 hours and although the check in was at 3 pm they made us wait till 5 pm which was very tiring for us

I love staying at the Century city hotel when I visit Cape Town. Everything is perfect at affordable rates. The food is absolutely divine too, friendly staff, clean rooms. No complaints whatsoever.

There was nothing not to like.

Breakfast was very good. Bonus is that you don't necessarily see same stuff everyday. It's refreshing to see that.

Just being bit more quicker in making breakfast

I overall enjoyed my experience at the hotel and the staff at the hotel made our stay exceptionally worth the stay and we look forward to booking at century city without a doubt

we were a bit disappointed that the hotel doesn't provide pool and massage facilities but even that wasn't a train smash

This was the second time staying at this hotel in the last 2 months. The rooms are clean, the staff are better than most 5 star hotels I have stayed in, the price and location are both perfect too.

There was nothing I could complain about.
